  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, ground sausage, and shredded cheese.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand or with a sturdy spoon until well blended.
  • Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
